Refund policy

Colombia Jeans Fashion Boutique (FB) is pleased you have chosen us, and it is a pleasure to be able to help you in the process of exchanging your garment.

In order to start the Return/Exchange procedure, please complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form, and provide your original invoice and a photo of the merchandise you wish to exchange.

Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, odour-free condition, with original tags and original packaging. We are, however, unable to accept merchandise where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed or the price tag has been removed.

Domestic orders may be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase (invoice date).

Please email customer service if you receive extra merchandise in a shipment or merchandise was delivered to you that you didn’t order. In your email, tell us: the incorrect merchandise, your name, your mailing address & the order number on the shipping label.

All items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return/exchange. This includes final sale items with .97 price endings. The garments that are within the categories: Panties, bodysuit & bathing suits are not exchangeable.

International exchanges are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

While we strive to accept exchanges, damaged/unsaleable items will not be credited/refunded exchangeable. Online Sales have an extra quality control before being dispatched to the customer. Colombia Jeans FB keeps a recorded file about all online purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Keep in mind that our jeans are EXCLUSIVE, which means that it is likely that the size for exchange is not available; in this case, the client can choose another garment from our catalogue. In some cases, you have to pay a difference in price, and if the price is less than the one paid for the garment, that credit may be taken into account for delivery costs. If that is the case, a surplus would be paid for the shortage and in the event that a surplus remains for the customer, that value will be delivered to the customer by way of a store credit.

Store credits and gift cards are non-refundable.

In-Store Sales: Girdles, bodysuits, bathing suits & Final Sales are not exchangeable. Purchases may be exchanged within 10 days of your purchase. Items must be in unworn, unwashed, odour-free condition, with original tags and original packaging.

Colombia Jeans FB will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit in an amount equal to the original purchase price for returns of unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise with tags attached or for defective merchandise accompanied by a gift or exchange receipt.
